At Resz by Nature, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your order will be processed and shipped. 

Please note: We do not offer free shipping at this time. All shipping fees will be calculated and applied at checkout.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be delays. We will notify you if there’s a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (e.g., tariffs, taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we strive to pack every order securely, we cannot offer free replacements or reimbursements for items damaged in transit due to factors beyond our control, such as courier mishandling or weather-related damage. If your package is damaged, please contact the courier to file a claim. Note: Claims cannot be filed for items listed as non-insurable or restricted by the courier
